Welcome to Starke Studio.  You've found a real painting how-to site.  Here you'll find teaching materials and resources for the artist who'd like to develop their skills further on their own time.  The DVDs can be played on a computer or TV.  The Plein Air Tip Guide is designed to be packed with your art supplies and taken out into the field with you, so if you run into a stumbling block, you can turn to your tip guide to help you push through to success while painting.  How to tips can be found at my teaching blog, "Between The Palette Scrapings", you'll also learn more from the masters about painting, how to develop a critical eye, and gain confidence in your work.
