These lessons have been designed for topical
study. Each lesson focuses on a particular
subject, emphasizing approach and technique. The lessons include a demo and instruction
given on DVD, as well as a written lesson plan for
application and continued study.
A three-ringed
binder to hold the folder with the lessons and DVDs is included with your first
order. Subsequent lessons can also be placed in
this binder for organization and storage.

Once you've
purchased the "Download Option" you will be taken to the
Download Website. Download is
immediate and there's the added benefit of no shipping
costs. Once the download is complete, the video
can be burned to a DVD for your reference library and
the lesson plans can be printed.
A notebook is not available with the
download option.
